Our intention is that SDCC students are confident linguists and curious global citizens. Students will choose languages because they recognise their importance in an interconnected world and the opportunities that studying a language provides.  

All students will have access to a carefully sequenced and engaging curriculum which builds cultural capital. The curriculum is evidence-informed, using the most up-to-date research, which will lead to strong outcomes for improved life chances.
