Student Catering Survey
Students were given the opportunity to have their say on the college’s catering provision, via an online survey.
From the 183 responses, they identified the need for less packaging, locally sourced produce, healthier options and more vegetarian and vegan alternatives. As a thank you to those who completed the survey, names were entered into a competition to win a £25 gift voucher. Congratulations go to Lanah, whose name was selected at random.
The management at South West Norse listened to the feedback and used this as their inspiration to create a new menu that was rolled out after the October half term. There will be another opportunity to complete a follow up survey in the new year to identify what impact the changes have made.
