Examination Certificates

Summer 2022 examination certificates and all previous exam seasons are ready for collection now. Students will be able to collect their examination certificates from main reception. Collection times are Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm.

Students are expected to collect their certificates in person. If students would like someone else to collect the certificates on their behalf please email exams@southdartmoor.devon.sch.uk or provide the third party with a signed letter authorising them to do so. Nobody else can collect another person’s certificates, even if they are a close family member, without the student's written consent. The email/letter must state who they authorise to collect their examination certificates and this will be held on file as evidence of collection. The person collecting, including students themselves, must also bring a form of photographic ID.

Certificate(s) will not be released to anybody other than the student without written consent and photographic ID

Alternatively, the examination certificates can be sent out via Royal Mail if a stamped address envelope is provided. However, this is done at your own risk as we do not use a recorded delivery service.
