Examination Results 2009

The "Outstanding" (OFSTED 2007) Sixth Form at South Dartmoor Community College are celebrating their best ever Post 16 examination results. Indeed Post 16 results at South Dartmoor place the College’s achievements consistently above the national average, with last year's results showing that the College added the fourth most value to Sixth Formers in the county. They reflect the hard work and team effort played by students, parents and staff in the Sixth Form.

The females in the class of 2009 have done remarkably well (average points score 768). The males have noticeably narrowed the gender gap from last year and Year 12 AS students have managed to do even better than last year's AS students, making staff very confident of even greater success in the future.
